Selection of workers

 

We emphasize a strong probity for everyone working for us. Workers are carefully screened and must provide a personal medical certificate as well as a list of references and acknowledge the level of education they obtained. Many have medical or pedagogical education. We do a thorough background check for any type of criminal record and each worker must pass a compulsory psychological test that reveals their traits, qualities and nature. Most of them have references from families they have worked for both abroad or in the Czech Republic. Our workers are neat, clean, reliable efficient and hard-working. All workers must adhere to strict rules of total discretion toward the client.

 

 

 

 

Feedback to the agency

 

All workers are chosen in accord with the client´s demands, including age category, experience and client’s wishes, etc. The client receives basic information about selected workers and a follow-up personal interview prior to any contractual agreement with our agency.In the event of any discontent with services provided the client is entitled to immediately contact our agency and we will promptly take any action deemed necessary to mitigate or resolve the issues to the client’s satisfaction.Domestic work such as baby-sitting or cleaning is done on a one month trial basis. If the client is still not satisfied with the performance of any worker the agency will change the worker once during the trial month without an agency fee charge.
